In our Chicago metro rack, which is the only Illinois location we operate. Each line is a physical modem with a single carrier SIM assigned to one customer. We do not have equipment elsewhere in the state and will tell you so rather than list cities for search engines.
Does the line show as Illinois to the platforms my clients use?
Yes. The carrier address geolocates to Chicago or Illinois on ad platforms, marketplaces and social networks alike. If a specific service resolves a specific line differently, tell support and we will check the range and move you to another carrier if that fixes it.
Can I request a line in another Illinois city?
No, and no one can honestly offer it. Carrier addresses resolve to the metro or state, so a Chicago line is the Illinois signal for Peoria, Champaign or Springfield clients alike. We would rather explain that than sell a distinction the network does not make.
