Our Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 25, 2026. Discretion is central to what EliteProx offers, and it begins with how we treat your information. We hold only what is needed to maintain your account, receive payment and keep your lines secure. We do not review what you send through them, we do not follow you around our website, and we never sell client data. The notice below sets out each category of information in turn, with the reasons we hold it and the choices available to you.

Information you give us

Opening an account requires an email address. You may add your name, though it is optional. Your password is kept only in hashed form, so no one at EliteProx can read it. We also keep a record of sign-ins, which allows us to notice access that seems out of character for your account.

At registration a reCAPTCHA check confirms that a person, not a script, is creating the account. Once you are in, the dashboard relies on a sign-in session so that you remain logged in while attending to your lines.

Payment information

Card payments are processed by Stripe through its checkout, and PayPal payments by PayPal. Your full card number is seen and held by those processors alone; it never reaches EliteProx.

Where you pay in Bitcoin, USDT or Ethereum, we retain the public transaction hash and address so the payment can be credited to you. Where you pay by Zelle or bank wire, we retain the sender's name and the reference provided. Alongside these, we keep the customary billing records of what was paid, when, and for which service.

Your traffic remains your own

EliteProx does not inspect or record the content of the traffic that passes through your lines.

Operating a network nonetheless involves certain metadata, such as the times of connections, the volume of data a line carries and the addresses that connect to your line. This information may be processed to run and bill the service, to keep it secure and to answer abuse complaints concerning your line. It is not a window into what you do.

Our website

The public EliteProx website places no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. Our complimentary IP checker and proxy checker consult public IP-lookup services to produce their result and retain nothing from your check.

Telegram

Some clients prefer to reach us through @eliteprox_bot on Telegram. If you do, we keep the conversation so our team has the context of your request. Email remains available for those who would rather not use Telegram.

Sharing

EliteProx does not sell personal data, to anyone, in any form. Information is shared only with the providers necessary to deliver the service, such as the payment processors mentioned above, and only to the extent they need, or where the law compels a response to a valid request.

Retention

We keep account information for as long as your account remains open. Billing records are kept for the period that tax and accounting law requires, which may continue after the account has closed.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted or to receive a copy for your own use. Simply write to support@eliteprox.net from the email address on your account. Where the law obliges us to retain certain records, we will tell you which and why.

EliteProx serves adults only. Persons under 18 may not use the service, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Revisions to this notice will be published on this page with an updated date.
