Refund and Renewal Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026. Many providers in this market consider every sale final. At EliteProx we believe a premium service should be backed by a considered, fair refund policy, and we set ours out plainly here. It explains when your payment is returned, when your service time is restored, and the limited circumstances in which neither is possible. This policy forms part of our Client Terms of Service, and our team applies it consistently to every request.
Our assurance on a new line
When you order a new line, we expect it to perform exactly as described. Should it not, please let us know within 24 hours of purchase. Our team will first try to put it right, including relocating it to a working metro or carrier. If we cannot resolve the matter or relocate it to a working metro or carrier, the order is refunded in full.
Restoring time lost to our downtime
If one of our devices or our network causes a line to be unavailable, your plan is extended by at least the time you lost. Should you find that an extension has not yet been applied, a brief note to our team will see it done.
Returning an unused balance
Funds on your account balance that you have not spent may be returned at your request within 30 days of the top-up. The manner of return follows the method of payment. Card and PayPal payments are refunded to the original method. Cryptocurrency is returned in the same coin, at the USD value that was credited to your balance, less the network fee. Zelle and bank wire payments are returned to the sending account, less any fee charged by the bank.
Renewals made in error
Should a plan renew when you did not intend it to, and the line has not been used since the renewal, write to us within 24 hours of the renewal. The charge will be reversed to your account balance, from which you may request a return under the preceding section.
Circumstances outside this policy
In fairness to all clients, certain situations do not qualify for a refund. Service time already enjoyed on a line that was working is not refundable. Nor is a change of mind once the first 24 hours have passed. Accounts closed because of abuse or a breach of our terms receive no refund. Finally, blocks or bans applied by a third-party platform are that platform's decision; they are not a fault in the line, and they do not give rise to a refund.
Making a request
Write to support@eliteprox.net or message @eliteprox_bot on Telegram, mentioning the order or line concerned. You will receive a reply within one business day. Once a refund is approved, it is issued within five business days. Please allow some additional time for card and PayPal refunds to appear, as the banks and PayPal post them on their own schedule.
There is no form to complete and no requirement to justify yourself at length. A short description of what happened, and when, is all our team needs to review your request.
Payment disputes
We would be grateful if you would speak with us before contacting your bank or card issuer, as most matters are settled more quickly that way. While a chargeback or payment dispute remains open, the account is paused until it has been resolved.
Questions
What if my line works but a platform restricts my account?
A block or ban applied by a third-party platform is that platform's own decision and not a fault in the line, so it is not covered by a refund.
How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day. Approved refunds are issued within five business days.
