Client Terms of Service
Last updated: September 25, 2026. EliteProx ("we", "us") provides private USA mobile proxy lines to clients who expect discretion and care. These terms describe the standards we hold ourselves to and the standards we ask of you. They apply to our website, the client dashboard, the API and every line placed in your account. By opening an account, funding it or connecting to a line, you agree to them. Should any clause raise a question, our team will gladly walk you through it before you proceed.
The service we provide
Each EliteProx line is a genuine mobile device, whether a 4G or 5G USB modem, a 4G or 5G router, or an Android phone, fitted with its own SIM from AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon. You select the device type and carrier when ordering, according to availability in the chosen metro. Lines are reached over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5, may be held on a sticky session or rotated on demand by link or API, and carry no waiting period between rotations.
Addresses come from the carrier's regional pool, which ordinary subscribers share. The pool is finite, so an address may reappear within a day; this is the natural character of mobile networks rather than a shortcoming. Speeds generally sit around 20 to 45 Mbps on 4G and 50 Mbps or more on 5G, varying with signal. Relocating a line to another of our US metros costs nothing and is done by you from the dashboard. We provide the service with care and on a best-effort basis; no specific address, carrier or outcome on a third-party platform is promised.
Eligibility
Clients must be 18 years of age or older and legally competent to contract. If you engage us on behalf of a firm, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms in its name.
Exclusivity of your line
A line serves one client. While your plan is active, the device assigned to you is not shared with any other account. In return, please keep dashboard logins, API keys and proxy credentials confidential. Activity under your credentials is attributed to you, and we ask that you inform us promptly of any suspected compromise so we can reissue them.
Fees and prepayment
All service is prepaid. You may fund an account balance or settle a plan directly, by the day, week or month, at the rate published when you order. Renewals are likewise settled in advance. Rates may be revised for future periods, never for a period already paid. Refunds, service extensions for our downtime and the handling of chargebacks are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
Standards of conduct
Our clients are professionals, and we expect lines to be used accordingly and lawfully. A proxy alters only the network route of your traffic; the rules of any platform you visit continue to bind you. The following are prohibited in every circumstance:
- fraud, phishing or impersonating others
- spam or unsolicited mass messaging
- spreading malware or operating botnets
- attacks on networks or services, including denial of service
- credential stuffing
- gaining access to systems, accounts or data without authorization
- child sexual abuse material of any kind
- distributing content that infringes the rights of others
- breaching the terms of third-party platforms
Complaints and suspension
We do not observe the content of client traffic. We do, however, receive abuse complaints from carriers, platforms, network operators and authorities, and we treat each one seriously. In reviewing a complaint we may consult connection metadata, contact you for context and suspend the line or account while the matter is examined. Where a breach of our conduct standards is confirmed, the account may be closed. Lawful requests from authorities are answered as required.
Ownership
The EliteProx website, dashboard, API, documentation and name belong to us or our licensors. You are granted a limited right to use them for the operation of your lines, and may not copy, redistribute or reverse engineer them without our written consent.
Warranties and limits of liability
So far as the law allows, the service is supplied as is and as available, without warranties express or implied. EliteProx accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, revenue or data, interruption of business, or restrictions placed on your accounts by third-party platforms. In all cases our total liability is limited to the fees you paid EliteProx in the 30 days before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify EliteProx for claims, losses and expenses resulting from your use of the service, a breach of these terms, or a violation of law or of another party's rights.
Conclusion of service
You may end your use of EliteProx at any time. We may suspend or end service for breach of these terms, for abuse, or where legal or compliance obligations require, with notice where circumstances allow and without it where they do not.
Amendments, governing law and correspondence
When these terms are amended, the revised version is published here with a new date, and continued use signifies acceptance. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which the operator of EliteProx is organized. We ask that any concern be brought to our support team first, so that it can be resolved privately and directly.
