Two more instruments for the serious client

Premium ISP Proxies and Premium Residential Proxies, Held to the Same Standard as Our Lines

Clients come to EliteProx for a private mobile line and the service that surrounds it. Some of their work calls for a different instrument. Premium ISP proxies are fixed addresses registered to a named broadband or carrier network, unchanging for the length of the term, for the account that must present the same place every day. Premium residential proxies are metered data across real households in 190+ countries, for the research that must be seen from many ordinary homes rather than one. We now place both in the same dashboard as the mobile lines, under the same balance, with the same concierge desk answering questions before and after the purchase. This page sets out precisely what each product is, what it costs, and the terms that govern it, so that a client can decide with full information rather than a sales pitch.

Premium ISP proxies: a fixed address, registered to the network, for the term

A static ISP address is one IPv4 held in your name for one, three, six or twelve months. It is announced by the carrier or cable company it is sold under and served from a rack in Virginia, so it reads as that network to any lookup and responds at datacenter speed. An order is ten addresses or more, and every address in it answers to a single set of credentials that you choose.

Premium residential proxies: data across real homes, metered per GB

Residential data is purchased by the GB and spent across real home connections in 190+ countries. From a single order you generate proxy lists on demand, each confined to a country and, if you wish, a state, city or ASN, with the choice of a new address on every request or one address retained for up to 30 minutes. A rotating mobile pool is offered alongside it, on shared 4G and 5G addresses, for work that benefits from a cellular exit without needing a private line.

Buy residential data Dedicated mobile lines

What the standard means when the address is not ours

We should be candid about one thing first. The ISP addresses and the residential pool are sourced lines, not hardware on our racks, so the attention we give a private mobile line, watching its signal and resting it between clients, does not apply in the same form. What does apply is everything around the product: the pricing is stated in full before payment, the terms are written down here and in the dashboard, the credentials are yours the moment the order is placed, and a specialist is available at any hour to advise on which line suits a given engagement.

It also means we chose what to list. Every static ISP address is registered to a real network: AT&T, Comcast, Frontier, RCN or T-Mobile in the United States, DTAG in the United Kingdom, Orange in France. Residential data is drawn from real households rather than relabelled datacenter ranges. We would not place a product beside our lines if it would embarrass them.

Finally, it means we will tell you when not to buy. A client who needs one address that must behave like a phone for months is better served by a private EliteProx line, and we will say so. The products on this page are for the engagements where a fixed broadband address, or breadth across many homes, is the correct instrument.

The static ISP catalogue and its prices

The catalogue is deliberately short. AT&T Native, at $4 per IP per month, carries addresses that have been on the carrier the longest, which is what a client with a demanding target usually wants. AT&T Fresh, Comcast Native, Frontier Native and RCN Fresh in the United States, together with DTAG Fresh in the United Kingdom and Orange Fresh in France, are each $2.40 per IP per month. T-Mobile Legacy, at $2.10 per IP per month, is the economical entry. Telus Fresh in Canada appears in the list but is presently sold out.

The vocabulary is simple. Native addresses have a long history on the network named; Fresh addresses are newer to the proxy market; Legacy denotes the least expensive line. Orders begin at ten addresses, so the smallest engagement is ten ISP addresses for a month: $21 on T-Mobile Legacy, $24 on any of the $2.40 lines, $40 on AT&T Native. Terms of one, three, six or twelve months are paid at the outset.

An order carries a single login of the client's choosing: a username and password honoured by every address in the batch, a whitelist of the client's own addresses for a configuration that stores no secret, or a SOCKS5 login where the tooling requires it. The login type can be changed afterwards from My Proxies, and doing so issues fresh credentials for every address in the order at once.

  • AT&T Native, $4 per IP per month: the longest-held addresses
  • AT&T Fresh, Comcast, Frontier, RCN, DTAG and Orange, $2.40 per IP per month
  • T-Mobile Legacy, $2.10 per IP per month: the entry line
  • Ten addresses and up; 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; one login for the order

Residential data, used with discretion

A client buys residential data at $2 per GB and spends it as the work demands. A list generated from the order is a set of ready lines, each host, port, username and password, scoped to the geography chosen: a country at minimum, narrowed to a state, a city or a particular ASN where the engagement calls for a specific provider's households. Rotating lists present a different home on each request; sticky lists keep one address for up to 30 minutes, long enough for a sign-in, a checkout or a sequence of forms that must appear to come from one visitor.

Only data that passes through the proxies is counted. A list that is generated and set aside costs nothing, and gigabytes bought this quarter remain available next year, since the data does not expire. A client who prefers never to run dry can set auto top-up, which adds a chosen amount whenever less than a tenth of the balance remains.

The rotating mobile pool, at $10 per GB, is the cellular equivalent: shared 4G and 5G addresses from many real handsets, targeted by country, state or city, under the same session rules. It is intended for variety and volume. It is not, and we will not describe it as, a substitute for a private EliteProx line, which is one SIM in one device reserved for one client with unlimited data.

Choosing between a line, an address and data

A private mobile line is the right instrument when identity is the point: a portfolio of accounts, a long-running presence, anything a platform expects to see from a handset. A static ISP address is the right instrument when constancy is the point: a seller dashboard that whitelists one IP, a monitoring task that should arrive from the same household each morning, a client's own tooling that insists on a fixed exit. Residential data is the right instrument when breadth is the point: verifying how a page renders in forty cities, auditing a marketplace from ordinary homes, collecting prices as they are shown to local visitors.

On cost, the comparison is straightforward. Ten T-Mobile Legacy ISP addresses are $21 a month and do not meter traffic. Residential data is $2 per GB and is cheapest when traffic per address is light. A private 4G line is $75 a month and a 5G line is $85 a month, with unlimited data, and becomes the economical choice as soon as substantial traffic must leave from one mobile identity. Our desk will run the numbers with you for a specific engagement.

Terms of purchase, renewal and withdrawal

All three products are bought from the EliteProx dashboard. The Buy Proxy page offers Mobile, Residential and ISP; the price is shown before payment, the amount is drawn from your account balance, and the order is listed on My Proxies immediately. Clients who prefer Telegram will find the same catalogue in our bot.

A static ISP order expires at the end of its term. With auto-renew enabled the next month is paid from your balance without interruption; without it, a reminder is sent three days before expiry. Months may be added at any time at the price originally paid. Withdrawing from an ISP order before the term ends stops the addresses immediately and carries no refund, since the network does not return the month to us.

Residential and mobile pool orders carry no expiry. Should a client remove one within seven days, the unused gigabytes are credited back to the balance at the price paid; beyond seven days the data remains on the order for as long as it takes to use.

Support, before and after the purchase

The concierge desk that looks after our mobile clients covers these products as well, at any hour. Before purchase, a specialist will advise which network suits a target, how many addresses an engagement needs, and whether residential data or a private line is the better value for the traffic involved. After purchase, the same desk helps with the login type, the list generator, targeting choices and renewal settings.

We ask one thing in return, which is that clients describe the engagement honestly. The products on this page are powerful in the right hands and disappointing in the wrong ones, and the quickest way to a good outcome is to let us match the instrument to the work.

Premium ISP and residential proxies: questions clients ask

Are these ISP addresses hosted on EliteProx hardware?

No. They are sourced static ISP lines, served from a rack in Virginia and registered to the network on the label. What EliteProx provides is the pricing, the terms, the dashboard and the concierge desk around them.

Which ISP line should a demanding target see?

Usually AT&T Native, at $4 per IP per month, because its addresses have the longest history on the carrier. Where the target is less exacting, the $2.40 per IP per month lines on Comcast, Frontier, RCN or AT&T Fresh serve well, and T-Mobile Legacy at $2.10 per IP per month is the economical choice.

Can an order have separate credentials for separate team members?

Not within one order; a single login covers every address in it. Place one order per team member or per client project and each will have its own username and password, whitelist or SOCKS5 login.

How precisely can residential data be targeted?

To a country, then optionally a state, a city or an ASN. The mobile pool is targeted by country, state and city. Sessions can hold one address for up to 30 minutes or change on every request.

Does unused residential data lapse?

It does not. Gigabytes remain on the order until used, and the balance can be topped up at any time or automatically when less than a tenth is left.

What is refundable if plans change?

A residential or mobile pool order removed within seven days returns its unused gigabytes to your balance. A static ISP order stops at once when removed and the remaining term is not refunded, so we recommend sizing the term to the engagement.

Is the mobile pool a private line at a lower price?

No. The pool is shared 4G and 5G addresses from many handsets at $10 per GB, suited to variety. A private EliteProx line is one SIM reserved for one client, with unlimited data, and is the right choice for a steady identity.

Will the desk help choose before I pay?

Yes, at any hour. Describe the engagement and a specialist will recommend a line, an address or data, and tell you plainly when a product on this page is not the right fit.

Engage a static ISP address or residential data

From the dashboard, choose ISP or Residential on the Buy Proxy page and settle from your balance. The order is on My Proxies at once, and the desk is available if you would like advice first. Entry price $2 for two hours or $6/day.

The private line remains our first recommendation

For a sustained mobile identity, nothing on this page equals a private EliteProx 4G or 5G line: one SIM, one device, one client, unlimited data, maintained as an asset and supported around the clock.
